The Wine Cellar Project

Mika Sushi Bar wanted to integrate a custom built-in wine cellar at the heart of its establishment. This steel structure was to become the restaurant’s centerpiece, as functional as it is aesthetic.

The objective was clear: to create a distinctive, elegant element perfectly integrated into the interior space, without visually or physically weighing down the structure (half-wall).

Project Result

The structure was assembled using MIG welding to ensure strength and stability, while visible joints were finished with TIG welding for a precise, aesthetic result. The wine cellar was then powder-coated, providing durable protection and a clean finish suitable for a high-end dining space.

The main technical challenge was weight optimization. Our team adjusted the design to minimize weight without compromising stability or ease of installation.

The project was designed on schedule, fabricated in the workshop, and installed in a single day directly at the client’s location.
